The Legal Framework

The WSRA legal framework consists of:

Primary Legislation provides the authorizations, responisibilities, mandate for the regulation of water services in Kosovo of WSRA. Aslo, the responsibilities and mandate of the Director, the Head of the Review Committee, punitive provisions etc. are foreseen by this law.
